Domestic Shipping (Singapore) - Courier Delivery:
We strive to deliver all Singapore order within 1-3 workings days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and an SMS from courier delivery company on the morning of delivery date. Some orders may take longer to process during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.
Your delivery can arrive any time throughout the day (9am - 10pm). You can indicate whether you prefer a delivery during the say (9am-6pm) or night (6-10pm) at checkout. We will try to deliver according to the preference indicated on a best effort basis.
In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you will receive an automated email message that will allow you to choose a convenient re-delivery day/time slot.

We currently offer international shipping using SpeedPost Standard and SpeedPost Priority courier delivery services. The rates depend on the order size.
For precise shipping rate estimate, please add products to shopping cart and then use shipping cost estimator.
Do note that the buyer is responsible for all taxes and handling charges that may be imposed in your country.
Note that return terms are different for defect and non-defect items.
- If you received a defect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt either by replying to your order email or by using this contact form. Please explain the nature of defect and attach any pictures or videos, if these are deemed helpful in explaining the problem.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement from our own warehouse or have the retailer contact you directly to exchange.
- In the rare instance when defect is too complicated and cannot be clearly demonstrated by a picture or video, you can choose to send the item back to us for evaluation. We will then perform tests and/or send the item to supplier to confirm the defect. Note that the replacement will be shipped out only after the defect is confirmed which might take some time. For items with local retailer, you may also approach the local retailer to confirm defect. This can be faster than sending the item back to us and they will be able to issue replacement on the spot. If the item is sent back to us but we cannot confirm the defect or alleged defect is considered to be within normal range of operation, then we will have to send the item back to you at extra charge.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase and will allow returns if it is sent back to us within 30 days of receipt, even when there is nothing wrong with the item.
- We do not accept walk-in returns at this point and customers are responsible for all shipping costs in sending the item back to us. We would encourage all customers to use a trackable service when returning items to our warehouse. This is to facilitate the tracking status of your own returns. Do note that we would not be able to advise on the status of your return, nor be responsible for any delays or loss, if you have chosen a non-trackable mode of return.
- All returns have to be sent to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Babiesteps will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred in the process of shipping the item back to us.
- Our 30day return policy does not apply to items in clearance section, promo items, items purchased with special discount codes applied at checkout, pre-ordered goods, custom-made goods, food items, CDs, DVDs, breast pads and underwear. Bras and Tanks may be returned provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed and are in ‘as new’ condition with all tags intact. Please note, “as-new” refers to both the product and its packaging and we regret that items not in ‘as-new’ condition will be returned at the sender's expense.
- M Connect Enterprise reserves the right not to accept any used items/ items with damaged packaging returned to us. In the event a return cannot be accepted, the sender will bear all costs in having the item sent back to the sender's address.
- All accepted returns will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit which you can use to offset a future purchase with us.
- All returns are not entitled to our Free Shipping policy.
- If your original order incurred a shipping fee, the full value of the returned items will be refunded (the shipping fee will not be refunded).
- If your original order was sent with Free Shipping, the if the remaining value of the order (after deducting the value of the returned items) still exceeds S$60, then the full value of returned items will be refunded. Otherwise, M Connect Enterprise will deduct a shipping fee $6.90 (small item) and $12 (large item above 2kg), $20 for XL items (playmats, gates etc) from the value of the items returned when issuing an in-store credit.
- Note that if you used a discount code and the order after item return no longer satisfies the terms & conditions of this code, the full discount value will be withheld from the credit refunded.
- Please allow up to 7 days for a credit on a return to be processed and issued to you after the item is received at our warehouse.
- Please download and include the Returns Form below when sending an item back to us via registered post/courier (recommended). We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or delays if you choose to send any returns back to us via normal mail. Do note that we are unable to accept walk-in returns at our warehouse.
Do note that we do not accept cancellations after an order is placed on our website. Should you change your mind about an order after placing it online, you can opt to return the item you do not want back to us under our return policy (see above). In the event you decide not to accept an order that is placed and reject it during delivery, a fixed $20 administrative fee would be charged.
